Hi! I’m Lou.

I'm a certified health and stress management coach, holistic nutritionist, hormone specialist, and EFT practitioner. As an advocate in the health and wellness field, I incorporate a wide variety of skills, tools, and techniques to help women optimize their health by looking at the whole person with a holistic approach. I specialize in women’s health with a focus on stress management and female wellness.


What I do as a coach… is help get you to set and achieve your goals! I’ll help you discover the small changes you can make to get amazing transformations, so you can feel better in your body, your health, and across all areas of your life. I love this process, and I think you might, too.
