Workshops
I am currently offering six workshops and presentations. Workshops range from self-care, mindfulness, stress management, EFT, emotional eating, and emotional awareness. Full workshops are a minimum of one hour to two hours in length. Mini-workshop sessions range from 20 to 45 minutes.
Workshops and presentations are structured with new information, simple tools, effective techniques, and exercises that participants can work on after the event to take action.
I love connecting with people to inspire and motivate them to "Discover Their Best Selves" through habit and lifestyle change.
Hi, I'm Lou!
I've worked in the corporate world for nearly twenty years, the last thirteen years as a technical support specialist and IT Analyst. I have a background in sports and project management, accounting, HR, and administrative work. I'm also a mother of two girls, wife, and caregiver.
I speak from my heart because I have personal experience and overcame many of the topics that I teach about. I know what it's like to have a life full of circumstances and stress, just surviving the day-to-day. I completely understand the demands of a busy schedule and fast-paced life. I can relate to the feeling of not having time to take care of myself when everything else is a priority.
Trust me, I get it and know how this impacts health and has a ripple effect on those around you.
This is why I became a certified health coach, life coach, holistic nutritionist, and EFT practitioner. First to learn how to care for myself then to take this passion to help others.
This background has enabled me to use my wide range of nutrition, lifestyle, personal and professional skills to apply them with compassion as I opened my own health and life coaching business to begin working with clients privately, in short-term online courses, and workshops.
