What is a health coach?
A masterful health coach assists people with becoming a healthier version of themselves by bringing awareness to their habits and lifestyle.
Focusing on creating sustainable changes that will shift their mindset towards nutrition, fitness, stress management, and believing in themselves while creating habits that nourish their mind and body.
A health coach, like myself, is your vision holder, believing in you 100% that you are capable of change and achieving your goals.
What Happens in a “Discover Your Best Self Breakthrough Session?”
During this 30 to 60 min phone call, I’ll walk you through a proven process to:
- Uncover what’s been stopping you, slowing you down, or keeping you from having your optimal life and health.
- Develop a powerful vision for what your best self looks like for you.
- Discover which foods and lifestyle habits are sapping your energy and connection with yourself and what to do about it.
- Get crystal clear on a step-by-step plan to experience your life, health & best self in 90-days or less
What is the role of a health coach?
The health coach looks at the whole picture, asking questions to help you create a plan that meets your needs. The aim is to foster lifestyle habits and changes by providing the support necessary to adopt healthier behaviors for the long term.
What about my physician, naturopathic doctor, dietitian, nutritionist, and therapist?
As your coach, I encourage you to maintain your relationships with your physician, naturopathic doctor, dietitian, nutritionist, and therapist.
I will work with their recommendations, help you to implement the lifestyle and habit changes necessary to meet those recommendations, and follow through in ways that they do not have the time or service to provide to you as an individual.
If something comes up in a session, you are encouraged to keep an open line with these disciplines to keep our sessions in alignment with what you want and what is best for your total health.
