Each party shall bear one half of the arbitration fees and costs incurred, and each party is responsible for its own lawyer fees.

SERVICES & DIGITAL PRODUCT POLICY
I stand behind my services and products and guarantee your satisfaction. As with most online programs and digital content: there are no refunds on programs or materials that can be downloaded, viewed, copied, or stored in an electronic format. This is an industry-standard. Therefore, any program purchased is non-refundable. Please read the full product or program details before purchasing.
If for some reason you try my product(s) or program and are not completely satisfied, you may reach out to me directly via my website contact page to discuss.
Coaching services are bound to our signed coaching agreement. Generally, there are no refunds on services rendered, however, I take a heart-centered approach to my clients to find a solution if an issue arises and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
