“Before beginning this program I had a general feeling of being constantly overwhelmed: about my health, the way I was handling my emotions, my housekeeping and the balance of being a good wife and mother while being a good teacher. Louise approached me and after listening to the initial conversation and what the program was about, I was ALL in. I was ready to make a change and knew I couldn’t do it on my own anymore. Each session was more eye-opening than the last. I felt like I was carefully, expertly being guided down a journey of self-discovery: how to treat myself with respect, positivity and love and leaving all judgment of myself behind. "I love Lou's coaching style. She is so thorough and really hones in on the issues that I was struggling with, specifically around my mindset and avoiding negativity in my life. I have been in 3 of Lou's online programs, and I have learned so much from each of them. She did a 30-day Planksgiving Challenging in November that focused on having gratitude as well as physical stamina through planks and other core work. I just recently completed her 7-day course called "Mindset Reset", and I was excited each day to work on a different topic around changing my mindset and focusing on conquering and reframing my thoughts, among other topics.
